GA-S100 TiO2 Slurry
Intro
The organized molecular structure of artificial fiber performs a high gloss under the light. To make the artificial fiber own the opacity which is similar to the one that natural fiber owns, certain amount of matting agent will be added into the artificial fiber on the premise that the strength and stretchability of which are not affected to provide the artificial fiber with a matting effect. As titanium dioxide possesses unique optical and physical properties among all white pigments, it has been used as a matting agent in artificial fiber and is widely applied to artificial fiber production.
Due to the oversized particles, the traditional titanium dioxide which is in powder form performs poor filterability, obstructs the spinneret, causes broken course and rough selvedge, and affects the mechanical properties of fiber. GA-S100 TiO2 slurry, developed by GYC GROUP, is specially developed for artificial fiber industry. With a smaller particle size, GA-S100 does not wear and tear the pipeline, orifice, and cutter knife. Owing to the liquid form and its great dispersibility, it is widely used in polyester, polypropylene, PA6, PA66, acrylic fiber, PU elastic fiber, viscose, CA, etc.
