Method

  1. Processing procedures
    1. Remove the powder and slurry of the fabric, wash it and keep it moisture
    2. Choose dipping, leaching process base on the composition, weight, and construction of the fabric.
    3. 120℃~140℃×60 seconds，Pre-drying
  2. High temperature thermofixation process:
     Types Fabrics Processing condition
     Polyester fiber Plain fabric 195~205℃×40~60 second
     Polyester fiber Knitted fabric 185~195℃×40~60 second

  3. Last procedure:

    Cooling, rolling up the treated fabric. To improve the hand touch, fabric can be cleaned again if necessary to remove the un-fixed dye and other additive on the fabric.

Remarks

  1. For chemical fiber processing, this nanometer flame retardant can be slicked into fabric effectively and it will get initial effect. (the above data is according test of GYC technical dep. and many famous factories experience. Suggest test in small qty before using in big qty for better processing condition.) 
  2. GOYENCHEM-FT50 needs to be adopted by High temperature thermo fixation process and select suitable dye of PET fiber. GYC technical dep. will suggest C or D sort of dispersing dye. This is very import part.
  3. The above information is aggregated by condition and experience of GYC. Technical personnel can adjust processing condition and ration depends on different applications.
