Characteristic
- Can apply to transparent products
- Low volatility during processing
- Can provide long term fire resistant effect
- Non-halogen (not include fluorine, chlorine, bromine and other halogen elements) flame retardant
- GY-FR-P35 compound to flame retardant products, it can reduce the smoke
- Provide excellent heat decomposition temperature, and add GY-FR-P35 will not migration
- Can compound with various rubber, plastic, polymer, resin, elastomer, foam and adhesive agent
- Excellent hydrolysis resistance
- Less affected for heat distortion temperature of materials
Application
- Rubber industrial: various nature and synthetic rubber
- Transparent PVC products( including film, synthetic leather/cable)
- Thermoplastic resin: Epoxy resins, phenol resins, non-saturated resin, polyester resin, acrylic resin etc.
- Coating and various resin application: fireproof coating, fireproof for acrylic related products, PU, PMMA, latex resin, adhesive agent
- Textile & Fiber application
- Thermoplastic: PP, POLYOLIFIN, PET, NYLON, POM, engineering plastic.
- Flame retardant for all kinds of foam and foaming application.
- Polyamide like (polyamide 66, 6, 11, 12), Polyurethanes Type (TPU, PU RESIN ) electrical products made by TPU such as switch, connector and dustcoat.
