The Goyenchem-DF series is composed of a large number of transparent microspheres, which have great dispersibility allowing particles to be evenly distributed in the product. The principle of the Goyenchem-DF series light diffuser is based on the different refractive indices of the substrate and the particles, causing light to refract numerous times within the scattered spheres. After multiple light dispersions, a point light source transforms into a surface light source, expanding the illumination area. Additionally, the light becomes softer after passing through the refraction and dispersion process. Moreover, lights can completely penetrate the spheres, so the amount of light loss is minimal. Therefore, the Goyenchem-DF series can be widely used in LED lamp covers, light tubes, and various types of plastics.
