OZ-98 Melt Flow Index Modifier

OZ-98

Intro:

GO YEN CHEMICAL INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. (GYC GROUP) is a leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals in Asia. We devote ourselves to supplying products and solutions to our customers worldwide to satisfy and expand the market needs.

OZ-98 melt flow index modifier is used in plastic injection, extrusion and blow molding. When the injection speed is too fast, it can cause the screw to slip, leading to feeding failure or material leakage, resulting in insufficient material filling, deformation after demolding, insufficient strength, or inability to shape the blown film properly. GYC has specially developed the OZ-98 melt flow index modifier for the vast plastic industry to prevent unstable properties caused by excessively fast flow rates in plastic extrusion, injection, and film blowing, while also reducing flowability and improving viscosity stability, providing excellent processability for products. It exhibits stability, coupling, and anti-adhesive properties. During the processing and molding of polymers, it can enhance processability and reduce equipment wear due to poor flow, while also preventing surface adhesion during the product’s completion. It is widely used in various composite materials for injection and extrusion.

Features:

  1. Prevent excessively fast flow rates in plastic extrusion, injection, and film blowing, leading to unstable properties.
  2. Effectively adjust the Melt Flow Index (MFI) and reduce flowability.
  3. Prevent screw slippage resulting in feeding failure or material leakage.
  4. High dispersing coupling and stability.
  5. Improve viscosity stability and provide product anti-adhesive properties.
  6. Provide excellent processability for products.
