The development of GY-RL-08, a specialized mold release agent for plastics and rubber, is intended for use with natural rubber, synthetic rubber, various types of rubber, thermosetting resins, various plastics, and various resin products. Unlike external mold release agents that are sprayed or brushed on, GY-RL-08 is added internally to rubber and plastic resin products. Its internal addition allows it to adhere well under both high and low-temperature conditions and exhibits excellent mold release properties and processing dispersion. After adding it, production efficiency is improved, and the resulting molded products exhibit excellent performance. Additionally, it boasts excellent heat resistance, making it suitable for resin, engineering plastics, or other high-temperature processing applications where demolding may be challenging.
