GY-RL-01 is a release agent for vinyl resin, epoxy resin, acrylic resin, and natural or synthetic resins. It is an adding type release agent that is different from coating/painting type release agent. Adding type release agent offers excellent mold releasing effect, exceptional processability, great dispersibility, and excellent compactibility. GY-RL-01 reduces the phenomenon of burr and volcanic vents. GY-RL-01 also possesses superb heat resistance, making it suitable for resin or industrial plastic that requires a high-temperature process.

Adding Rate

Recommended adding rate: 0.5~3%
