Intro

TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is one kind material of Thermoplastic Elastomer, usually be formed into a pellet appearance.

Because the high efficiency and easy processing, TPU can be used in widely industries.

With functional specifications such as transparency, strong viscosity, good abrasion resistance and elasticity, quick drying and adapt to different process methods, TPU can be used in widely applications among injection, extrusion, shoes, paint, coating, textiles, and ink industries.

Procedures

Please follow the procedures for boosting the solvent effect:

  1. Place the solvent into the solving tank and start stirrer.
  2. Start heating (If you have the heating equipment).
  3. Pour GY-0090NK or GY-0091NK into the solving tank to make it solved.
  4. The solving duration in cyclohexanone: 60~70℃*2~4 hrs or 4~6 hrs in normal temperature.
