CLN Purging Compound
Intro
To maintain the production equipment and to ensure the quality of end products, the plastic processing machinery (plastics molding machines, injection molding machines, extruders, film blowing machines, etc.) has to be purged thoroughly for color and material changes; as a result, the efficiency of purging procedures turns out to play an essential role during the processing.
When the inner surface of barrel is not purged thoroughly and is jammed with color or carbon deposits, the following production will be affected and contaminated that leads to a decrease in productivity and elevated production costs.
GY-CLN Purging Compound series which are developed by GYC GROUP are in the form of granular that the users may clean the screw and barrel while remaining the same processing conditions of last material in production. Featuring unique catalytic and cross-linking structures, the purging compound purges out the deposits or leftovers by reducing their adhesion to the barrel and provides no harm to the barrel and screw. Compared to the traditional cleaning methods such as purging with resin that great amount is required, GY-CLN is efficiency in production and cost reduction and brings no harm to barrels and screws and is suited for applications in any thermoplastics molding machines.
