CBC Cyclic Block Copolymers Advance Plastic
GOYENCHEM-CBC Cyclic Block Copolymers are advance plastic material that are hydrogenated polymers based on styrene and conjugated dienes via anionic polymerization. By adjusting the ratio of poly(cyclohexylethylene) (PCHE) and ethylene-co-1-butene (EB), the advance plastic material offers a wide range of properties from rigid plastics to soft elastomers, which provides a versatile flexibility in product design.
GOYENCHEM-CBC features superior purity, extra-high transparency, remarkable UV transmittance/UV durability/UV stability, high mechanical properties, high thermo-oxidation stability, high fluidity, low density, low water absorption, etc.; meanwhile, GOYENCHEM-CBC, as well as a medical grade plastic material, is suited for use in medical applications, while it further exhibits great optical properties, higher UV transmittance and lower autofluorescence than other plastics (which increases the accuracy and reliability of the analysis), high UVC transmittance/UVC durability, excellent solvent resistance, etc. The products made by GOYENCHEM-CBC can be sterilized using ethylene oxide (EtO), Gamma and e-beam radiation. With its exceptional processability, GOYENCHEM-CBC is suited for various manufacturing processes, e.g. extrusion, injection molding, extrusion blow molding, etc.
