GOYENCHEM-15 nano-structure high-efficiency wear-resistant and toughening agents is developed by GYC for customers in various natural rubber, synthetic rubber, NR, BR, CR resins, coatings and UV light-curing coating industries. Environmentally friendly and fluorine-free, it has outstanding wear resistance and toughness, and also imparts scratch resistance. Adding it to various resins, coatings, paints, or textile coatings can impart outstanding wear resistance and scratch resistance, and increase value of the product.

Application:

  • Textile coating (functional clothing, tents, footwear, curtains, various bags, luggage, etc.)
  • Wood, plastic, glass, sporting goods (shoe materials, equipment) various surface coatings
  • Ink or other printing ink.
  • PU synthetic leather (special synthetic leather, synthetic leather for sports balls, industrial brake leather, sofa leather, etc.)

Adding Rate

The recommended dosage of GYC is 0.5% ~ 2%, but technicians can increase or decrease it according to the requirements of different applications and different formulations.
